This week in Dentdale we have been learning about 3D shapes. We counted the vertices and faces. We finished off our collages of Sydney Opera House and Uluru (Ayres Rock) in Art. Some of them were shown in Worship. Mr Symonds was impressed!
On Thursday we practised writing the letters t, h and c. Everyone needs to remember to write tall letters tall. Also we did Maths with money.
On Friday we did football training with Dan Batty. We had to protect a bib or football by putting our arms out to make the ‘shield’ bigger and to try to dribble past our partners. In Golden Time we had a toy shop. Edward enjoyed being the shop keeper.
Everyone has done some special reading this week and worked really hard. Lucy and Jamie said that they liked doing it.
