MONDAY

Today we have done an Age Awareness Workshop with Rosa who works with older people. We discovered how hard it was to try and drink when your hands shake and when you have problems with your eye-sight and hearing. We also did some mathematics converting units of measure.

TUESDAY

We have done some mathematics and it was about converting lengths. As well as that, the Y4 did a Blue Planet Live Lesson and the Y5 did a survey with Mr Ingleton.

Wednesday

Today we did some fun things! We did some maths and in mathematics we converted units of measure. We also did some English. In English we did ‘My View from Space’ by Sandra Magnus. The Nepalese children came to join Mrs Wake and the choir. They spent the afternoon looking around the school and joining in with Swaledale, Nidderdale and Coverdale. We showed them how to make an origami bookmark.

THURSDAY

We have done some maths and English. We are finishing our rockets. Harrogate Town came in to see us.

FRIDAY

Today we did some rocket launching, PE and maths.
