Another great week in Coverdale

On Monday we voted for Fairtrade Rep, School Council and Eco Rep. We read the first chapter of Kensuke’s Kingdom by Michael Morpurgo.

On Tuesday we came up with reasons why Michael should or shouldn’t travel round the world in the Peggy Sue (boat) and we did lots of fun maths. Mrs Crisell gets maths out of the date its great fun! We’ve found something great about today’s date, can you find it?

On Wednesday we were thinking about if we were Michael and Mum and Dad said we are going to sail around the world in the Peggy Sue. How would you feel? Could you make it around the world in a boat?

On Thursday we did some P.E which was netball and we learnt how to chest pass and shoulder pass. We did some shading in art in the afternoon.

On Friday we did body parts in French and that was good fun. In R.E we learnt about why Jesus is an inspiration to us.
