This week is mental Health Awareness week and so we have been thinking about the 5 ways to wellbeing. We have been talking about our feelings and emotions and thinking about ways we relax, chill out and calm down to have a healthy mind as well as being healthy in body!

We have been doing rainbow bubble breathing to relax, as well as yoga and listening to calming music while we worked. We collaborated to create stunning colourful abstract pictures using paint and lines . (They are on display in our corridor for you to admire!)

We have also had an alien theme this week and we have been drawing, labelling and describing aliens. We also enjoyed using the art program Dazzle to create them!

What a busy week we have had!
