Sing an action song eg. Heads, shoulders, knees and toes
Take it in turns to give/receive action instructions eg. do 3 star jumps, sit down, stand up, turn around, touch the ground etc.

Connect
Draw a picture or build a model with someone. Try doing this with, and then without talking. What did you notice?

Take Notice
Stop being active at every o’clock and listen for a few minutes. What do you hear? In what ways are the sounds different at different times if the day? Which are the loudest/quietest sounds? Do the sounds stay or go? Where do they go?

Learn how to read/write/order the days of the week. Help to write and illustrate a simple menu for dinner each day. Learn how to cook a new meal.
