20th February 2019

Dear Parents,

Thank you for returning your choir forms so promptly. Here is the latest information about the Monkey Boy concert. I have filled in the helpers (using your child’s name) as I understood availability from the forms – if this is not now the case, please let me know. For the evening performance I have only named school staff as helpers, as we need specific chaperones to be named for safeguarding purposes.

Photographs
Harrogate Brigantes, our Rotary partners in this production, will be taking photos for publicity during rehearsals and the performance. No children will be named, but if this is likely to be a problem, I need to know about it before the first rehearsal.

Dress Code the children are asked to wear smart school uniform for the first half of the show and a plain brightly coloured t-shirt for the second – the aim is to have a rainbow on the stage.

Finally, please let me know if your child is being picked up by anyone other than yourself at the weekend rehearsals. Nearer the time there will be further details of the performance day itself. Information, music and letters can be found in the music blog on our website.

Yours sincerely,

C. Wake
