In our Maths
In maths we have been doing fractions on our topic of division and we learned the bus stop method. We found out that the bus stop method was a lot easier and faster for some of us.
Gardening
On Friday we were in 3 groups and a man came in and helped us plant some trees. Here’s how we did it: so first we got a spade and we dug a hole in the ground and then we put a tree in (baby tree). Then we put compost in, then soil. After that we got a tree guard and put a wooden stake in the ground, then we hammered it into the ground. There’s your tree. Then talk to it and give it a name. My group (Jamie’s group) called ours Chip, Finlay’s group called theirs Barky.
