Before the half term, everyone in the school took part in a sponsored run for the NSPCC. The year 5s and 6s guided and helped all the other classes, and the year 6s also ran with their buddies. Everyone put all the effort they could into it, and all the money raised was for a good cause. Even the people in reception ran! After spending almost the whole morning running and cheering people on, the year 5s and 6s did a couple laps around the field as well. Congratulations to everyone!
On Monday, a 5/6 football team went to St John Fishers to play against another four schools. We had a Team A and a Team B, and both did well. Richard Taylor A won 3-0 against Oatland Juniors, and Team B never even let a goal in! In the end, both teams came second and potentially could get to the final. Well done to all the players!
