First, we had the year 3 / 4 football final at Harrogate Town. Although they did not win, they showed resilience, respect and determination and everyone was extremely proud of them.
Also, we are very impressed with Lucy Everson, James Barraclough and Amy Lever, because last Tuesday they competed in the cross country finals at Dalby forest. It was an incredibly muddy race! All of them made our school very proud.
We were very excited to find out that we would be doing martial arts. We were told about anti-bullying week and how we could defend ourselves against bullies that we may come across. Lily from Coverdale said that it was great fun and it helped her with confidence.
Some boys from Wharfedale and Wensleydale are organising a football club for Year 3 and 4 so make sure to look out for that if you enjoy playing football!
