Hello Swaledale,

Firstly, well done for all your hard work last week during Art week. We have been impressed with all the work posted on Seesaw. It was also great to hear that lots of you enjoyed the RTS virtual school trip to ‘The Tate’ gallery.

Our Global Community

This week our theme is ‘Our Global Community’. As part of our learning we will be exploring some of the 17 Sustainable Global Goals.

One of the goals that we will focus on is Goal 10 – Reduce Inequality.

We are also going to be learning about some inspirational people from across the world and thinking about the importance of kindness.

BBC Bitesize Daily

We will continue to send a link to BBC Bitesize Daily for learning activities.

Maths

In addition to BBC Bitesize, remember to log into TTrockstars to practice your times tables. This week we would like you to focus on securing the multiplication and division facts for the 4 times table in your times table book. It is important that you continue to practice these facts until you can recall them off by heart.

You might also enjoy the following online games:

As always, we are looking forward to seeing all your learning. Below are a sample of some of the wonderful paintings, which have been posted this week.

Keep up the hard work everyone!
