Swaledale Blog 8th October 2019
We have had a great few weeks in Swaledale, enjoying our topic on all things chocolate.
In P.E we have been lucky to have Mrs Zealand teaching us dance. Each week the theme of the dance has been linked to a different emotion.
Maths
We have been learning to count in 2s, 4s and 8s, particularly thinking about the 2, 5 and 10 times table. We have also been adding 1 digit numbers to 3 digit numbers.
English
We have been learning lots of facts about Roald Dahl as well as enjoying the story of Carlie and the Chocolate Factory. We have all really enjoyed having a go at some role-play and pretending to be some of the characters.
