Last week was quite a busy week!
In our Maths lessons, we looked at different types of graphs. We answered questions based on bar-line graphs and pie charts. On Friday, we learned how to add up the angles of triangles and quadrilaterals.
In English, we have been self-assessing our writing. We have also started our persuasive writing and been looking at using modal verbs.
To tie in with Fairtrade fortnight (26th February to 11th March) we decorated a Fairtrade football for a display on our class door. Each class also made a cake using Fairtrade bananas. Bob, the Lollipop Man, had to try each cake to see which one was his favourite!
This week, we have a hockey tournament at St Aidan’s and a netball competition at Harrogate Grammar School. Good luck to everyone taking part!
