Topic
In topic this week we have been looking at a famous cartoonist who drew cartoons in the war to raise everyone’s morale. He often made fun of Adolf Hitler. We have also started a diary about a boy who got evacuated. We know what happened because we have been reading the book Friend or Foe. We’ve also looked at the features of diary writing.
Maths
As you might know the year 6s in Wensleydale and Wharfedale have SATS coming up and they have been working very hard practising and learning the type of questions you would find in one of the papers. We have been doing this by looking at the papers from other years.
Chicks
