SATs
At last!!
The dreaded Y6 SATs are over!!
In the SATs, we did one test on English, spelling and SPaG, but three tests on maths! On Thursday, 17th May, we did our final paper, and to celebrate, we brought in our own bubble mixtures and tried to make the biggest bubble.
And it was all to “blow away all the tests”!
PE
In P.E we have been doing lots of rounders because the yr6s need to be prepared for the rounders tournament (and the leavers’ rounders game!) We have also been training for Quadkids by doing long jump, sprinting, vortex throwing and long distance running.
Stop press! The Quadkids competition took place on Tuesday 22nd May. Y1/2 came third, Y5/6 came second and Y3/4 came first!
