This week and in previous weeks we have been working hard.

Before the half term while the year 5s were working the year 6s went to Winmarleigh. The activities were: raft building, canoeing, problem solving, climbing, high ropes, archery, challenge course and zip wire. On an evening we did evening activities which were Wacky Races, a clash between sporty races and acting and camp fire, which was a sing song around a fire. We enjoyed it so much we wish we could do it again

With sats over with the year 6s could start their production. Can you guess?

This week in English we have been doing lots of writing. We had to write a piece on a picture that was called Leaving. We planned it with the year 5s and then the year 6s finished it off themselves and wrote it out in neat.

While the year 6s were writing the Leaving piece, the year 5s were learning about bullying and prejudice with Keziah from the Anne Frank trust. She chose ten year 5s to be Anne frank ambassadors.
