On Tuesday we welcome the team from St John’s to lead their first worship of the new year 2023. The theme for our worship times this half term is courage.

Also, on Tuesday Coverdale Class have the opportunity to Google meet with a Spanish Scientist as part of their new science unit of study.

Please look out for the first newsletter of the year which contains all the key dates that you will need for the term ahead. The monthly safeguarding newsletter to parents will shortly be sent out. In this month’s edition there is useful advice for parents on Minecraft and WhatsApp.

Attendance figures for last week were back to above 95% following the wave of illness prior to the Christmas break, please read the advice contained in the newsletter on what to do if your child is running a temperature. Our aim is to prevent any further significant absences this term, we greatly appreciate your help in keeping everyone healthy and safe.

Finally, Sunday 15th January is the deadline for applications for places in September 2023. If you need a place and have not yet submitted your application on the NYCC website please do it before the deadline, thank you.
