This half term started well because Dentdale was awarded ‘Class of the Week’ by Mr Symonds for our super sitting in Worship.
On Wednesday we did a live read with the Environment Agency. We read ‘Alba the 100 year old fish’ and learnt about ways to reduce plastic. We got three shout outs on the live read and they were impressed with our efforts at RTS to go plastic free!
In Design Technology we tasted lots of different raw vegetables and then designed a vegetable salad. Next week we will make them and eat them! We have also been learning about bonfire night and in Art we did bonfire Paintings.
