Thank you to everyone who everyone who donated their pennies to raise money for Children in Need. The children had great fun building the picture of Pudsey (see below and on website.) the money collected will be taken to ADSA who kindly count it for us. We will announce the great total as soon as we have it.

This week we welcome Mrs Crisell back from her maths adventure; I’m sure that she will have lots of tales to tell. On Monday we will find out who our super pupils are for November. After school Mrs Saunderson will be taking our mixed KS2 football team to participate in the regional competition at HHS.

On Tuesday Coverdale will be heading to Harlow Carr Gardens for a day of outdoor learning. In the morning Ribblesdale and Dentdale Classes will be visiting Simon Dowson at St John’s where they are going to find out more about Baptism.

Wednesday sees Nidderdale and Swaledale Classes experiencing a Victorian Education day in school. Our worship will be led by Simon who is coming t talk to the children about the Christingle Services being held at St John’s to support the work of the Children’s Society. After School our Children fromYr5/6 will be back at HHS for week two of their mini league football competition run by Sporting Influence.

On Thursday we welcome two student teachers from St Aidan’s who are visiting RTS to find out more about primary education. I am sure that they will have a great time. After school it will be week two of our ICT club where the children will start to create their electronic advent calendars.
