Thank you to all of you for working so hard
Be Active Make a 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 point balance. Hold it still while you count to 3. Then hop, skip, jump or run in the space you have. This can be on the spot. Then choice a different balance and hold it still while you count to 3 again. Repeat. You could also join Joe Wicks daily P.E and/or choose a gonoodle dance. |

Connect Back-to back breathing. Sit back to back with a sibling or parent. Notice your partners breathing. Is it faster or slower than yours? What happens to your breaths as you sit for a while? Talk about how your connection felt over time. What changed and why? Listen to each other describe how you felt. |
Take Notice Take your window frame and choose something interesting to observe. Draw a detailed picture of the thing you have been observing. You could add some words or sentences to add further description. Twinkl has the phase 2, 3, and 5 sounds mats and tricky word strips which we use to support our independent writing at school. It is also free for home use currently. www.twinkl.co.uk |
