This week we have been reading ‘Puddles and the Christmas Play’ in between rehearsals for our own Christmas performance next week! The children have been working very hard on their singing and are excited to show you what we have been rehearsing.
In phonics we have been finishing learning our first set of letters with ‘l’, ‘ll’ and ‘ss’. We have also been learning two more tricky words: go and I.
In mathematics we have been using the 3 golden rules of counting: count everything once, say the numbers in order and the last number is the total of the group.
There will be no show and tells next week as the lead up to Christmas can get very busy in schools.
