This week we have been doing aboriginal paintings. We had some templates of animals to trace or to copy. We could use cotton bud, matches, or normal sticks to make different dots and we had to use earth colours. We were not allowed to colour in the animals and we had to try and fill the full page with dots.

Mrs Jackson showed us photos of her adventure to Tanzania. She told us about the ‘upside-down tree’ (a Baobab), which wasn’t actually upside-down, it just looked like the roots were sticking out of the ground and the branches were under the ground!!! She told stories about her adventures such as a lion that stopped to have some shade from their truck!! We learnt a lot about plants and animals.
