It is the second and last week with the Chinese teachers. We looked at non unit fractions. We carried out interviews for our space pilot vacancy.

In I.C.T we made Mars space posters advertising for an Astronaut to join Coverdale’s mission.

What a great day! We got to show off our work in the hall with 60 teachers watching. In art we have done posters for a competition to save the Nidd Gorge from having a road built through it.

On Thursday we practised our literacy, we had to write a sentence using pronouns!

This is one. President Kennedy, who got assassinated in 1963, promised America that a man would land on the moon!

Today the year 5s did their mental maths. We have done some science and

we learnt about teeth and about plaque, it was very interesting!

We wish Mrs Crisell a peaceful weekend and look forward to seeing her on Monday and a huge thankyou to Mrs Harrison for teaching us for the last two weeks.
