This week we have been learning about celebrations. We thought about different celebrations that we enjoy and what we like and do at them.
We also thought about bonfire night and learnt why we remember this occasion. On Friday in Worship, we remembered all those young men who died in the First World War and learnt about how we know about their stories.
Everyone enjoyed seeing the wonderful homework that Dentdale did in the holidays. Dentdale are just brilliant ‘Sparks in the Dark’!!
In Maths we have been multiplying and learning that multiplication is equal groups or ‘lots of’. Now we understand and can learn our 2, 5,and 10 times tables!
In Literacy we started our traditional tales through the Little Red Riding Hood story and wrote WANTED posters for the Big Bad Wolf!
