There is a lot happening at RTS this week following a very busy week for the children in year six last week as they showed real determination and resilience in the way that they tackled the SAT tests. On Tuesday this week the year six children will be heading off for their residential week to Scargill House high up in the Yorkshire Dales. We look forward to hearing about their experiences and adventures. Thank you to all the staff who are giving their time to accompany the children. Back at RTS we welcome the coaching team from Harrogate Town on Monday afternoon when they will be working with children from key stage two.

On Wednesday Mr Starkey will be taking children from year five to the Harrogate Cricket Tournament, good look to all the children taking part.

On Thursday the children from Swaledale Class will be leading the school’s worship time at 1.15pm. If you are a parent of a child in Swaledale you are welcome to join us for the worship time in the school hall. The worship time will last for about 20 minutes.

The photographs below show the children from year four taking part in the Tri Golf Tournament at Harrogate Golf Club last week. Despite the muddy conditions the children performed wonderfully.
