One more week until half term! Our Worship theme this week is forgiveness and Tuesday worship will be led by Bilton Methodist Church.

We are welcoming Mrs Bassingdale from St.Aidans to support our PE sessions on Monday. Mr Taylor from St.Aidans will be visiting our year 6 students, who will be transferring in September.

Lots of children are enjoying sensory Pop it toys. We have a range of equipment to support children in school, should your class teacher identify this is something that will support your child’s learning. We politely ask children to only bring essential items to school. I have copied the current school’s guidance below.

Equipment

For individual and very frequently used equipment, such as pencils and pens, staff and pupils should have their own items.

Pupils should limit the amount of equipment they bring into school each day, including essentials such as:

lunch boxes, hats and coats, books, stationery

Bags are allowed.

We are hoping for some sunnier playtimes this week, but the forecast is very mixed for the week ahead. Please ensure your child brings a coat to school every day, so we can enjoy learning and playing outside as much as possible.

I hope you all enjoy a well-earned half term break. The children have worked very hard this half term and we look forward to seeing them rested and ready for action on Monday 7th June.
