Good morning Ribblesdale!

Well done to all of those who have managed to login to Seesaw already, I can’t wait to see what you are all getting up to! I will be setting a few activities for you to complete so keep checking back in to see if there is anything new.

While the weather is nice, I’d like to see you making the most of it! Send me a ‘reading selfie’ of you reading a reading book outside in the gorgeous sunshine.

Here is a brief overview of what you can expect from this week:

Daily reading and writing:

You could access the ‘Jolly phonics’ website and play some of their fun phonics games.

You could write a daily diary for the time you are at home, remember to try and use as many adjectives (describing words) as possible.

Any writing you want to share, please upload to Seesaw and pop it in the Writing folder.

Maths:

This is a great opportunity for you to be great at telling the time, there are some activities on Seesaw

To support your Famous People history work you can also watch Magic Grandad (He’s great fun!) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b6cVVTMioPc
