Wharfedale
This week, we have been looking at different types of maths. We did something called BIDMAS (brackets, indices, division, multiplication, addition and subtraction). We were given calculations like this, 4x(14×2)-8=.
In English, we were looking at creating a poem of things to be grateful for. We had to use some alliteration in our poem and make sure the poem made sense, we used subordinating conjunction and semi-colons.
We were very lucky to have some people come in to do Bike Ability training with us. We used quiet roads on our course, and we learnt the three road positions. We also learned how to turn left and right, in and out of a junction while we were cycling.
