Opening of the new entrance hall:
The retired head of St Aidan’s, Mr Wood was welcomed into RTS this week to open our brand new entrance hall that is looking great at the moment. Mr Wood made it official by snipping a red ribbon after he had led a worship that we all enjoyed.
Wonder:
During our class novel, Wonder, Daisy (the family’s dog) died! The whole class found these three chapters very upsetting! We are looking forward to a visit to the Everyman cinema in December, to watch the film of Wonder and do some work on comparing the book and film.
French:
In French we learned about Christmas in France; you have a 13 course meal and a glass of spirit with every course! Lots of full tummies in France on Christmas Day! Think we’ll stick to turkey and Christmas pud!
