Dear Parents/Carers,

You will have hopefully heard the Prime Minister’s announcement at 8pm this evening re the National restrictions and subsequent closure of schools.  We are currently making contingency plans that we will put into action as swiftly and safely as possible. However due to the timing of the announcement, we need a short period of time to implement the Government advice and procedures safely.

This means that we will remain closed on Tuesday 5th January with children able to access learning online via the school’s website.

We will thoroughly plan and communicate in detail our plans to you on Tuesday. School will re-open on Wednesday for the families of critical workers and vulnerable learners (please see the link below for full details of these groups). Please contact the school office by 12:30 Tuesday via email, completing the form attached if you consider your child to belong to one of the detailed groups and it is your intention to access full time education from Wednesday 6th January.  Places will be confirmed via text message by close of play Tuesday

The full remote learning provision will begin for all children not attending school on Wednesday.

I appreciate your support and patience whilst we prepare to support all our children whether in school and remotely for the rest of this half term.
